Steve Raney gave a presentation on “Fair Value Commuting”, a comprehensive five-part solution to reducing single occupant vehicle (SOV) commuting from 75% to 50% in the Bay Area. The seminar introduced the components of the “Fair Value Commuting” plan and went into discussion about how to achieve the 25% reduction goal using the solutions outlined in the model.
