The first day's events will take place at UC Davis' Activities and Recreation Center Ballroom from 7 am to 6 pm. Panel discussions and sessions will feature a wide range of topics from the growing use of blended cements and unique SCM’s in concrete mixtures to implementing critical quality control procedures on-site during paving operations. This day will also include the 2026 SWCPA EPIC Awards & Project Spotlights ceremony.
The second day's events will take place at the University of California Pavement Research Center, with, live demonstrations, FHWA Mobile Concrete Technology Center, and time to explore research projects.
