Translational projects support the application or extension of completed research. Translational projects can include such activities as real-world testing, website development, implementation activities, tool development, trainings, workshops, and/or development of practice- or policy-oriented outreach materials (e.g., policy briefs, policy proposals, infographics).

Data Dashboard and Capacity Building for Electric Carsharing in Underserved BIPOC Communities

This project addresses the need to increase access to grant funds to develop electric vehicle (EV) carsharing in underserved communities, particularly in rural and suburban areas. The research team designed this translational research project to engage communities interested in developing electric carsharing programs.

Fuel and Emissions Calculator (FEC) Version 4.0

This research will update to the spreadsheet version of the Fuel and Emissions Calculator (FEC) to Version 4.0. The update will incorporate the emission and energy use rates from the latest version of the EPA's MOVES 4.0 regulatory model for conventional and electric vehicles, utilizing the latest matrices from MOVES-Matrix 4.0 (also developed by the research team) and associated source type technology parameters.

Permeable Pavement Road Map Workshop 2017
