This project aims to perform a comprehensive analysis of the MOVES5 speed-fuel consumption relationships using the capabilities of MOVES-Matrix 5.0, and examines the impacts of model updates and traffic data resolution on transportation fuel consumption modeling.

This project updates and enhances Georgia Tech’s 2018 spreadsheet-based modeling tool that allows users to assess on-road fuel consumption under real-world traffic conditions.
