Anna Espitallier serves as the Education Programs Coordinator for the National Center for Sustainable Transportation. Anna administers the NCST Undergraduate Summer Research Fellowship program, dissertation grant requests for proposals, Center activities with local K-12 and community colleges, and supports the NCST consortium members' educational activities, from youth programs to workforce and professional development.
From 2018-2024, Anna served as the Program Manager, facilitating a wide array of program management activities in the areas of research, education, engagement, and outreach for the NCST and Pacific Southwest Region University Transportation Centers, as well as the ITS-Davis Senate Bill 1 (SB 1) research program.
Before joining ITS-Davis, Anna served as Project Manager for ADM Associates, Inc., managing commercial and industrial energy efficiency program evaluations for public utilities in California, Nevada, and the Midwest. She performed statistical sampling, program-level analysis, managed data collection, and reported findings, recommendations, and process improvements in annual reporting efforts. Previously, she worked as an analyst for ADM, conducting metered data analysis to determine project-level gross savings impacts for lighting and refrigeration energy efficiency measures. Anna earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sonoma State University.
